Quiet day

After getting absolutely no sleep I expected to be laying down all day. Not so. As irritating as it is you can only yell so much. Or do something else. I went and looked for a few shots I wanted to play with a bit. Luckily they were not too buried. Other than that I spent a lot fo time.. too much time playing Fallout 3 New Vegas to hone the skills for 4. I just found out that you wont be able to play it on the xbox 360 and I doubt I would buy a 1 just to play one game so I may wait till the PC version shows up. Stupid.

One of the shots I was looking for today was of the edge on my envelope. As smooth as she looks from a distance she does bow a bit between gores. Nowhere near as mucha s any other balloon and its not as exaggerated as above most times. Good view of  the effect though. Remember.. smoother the envelope the smoother she cuts through the air.

Fallout 3.. sign.. all that running around scavenging.. funny how parts of the game come back to you while you go through it... Places remind you of foe and dangers and hidden things. .. nice to see the memory is good with the BS... too bad it dont work as well with real time needs. I plan on NOT playing it again for a while.

Today I loaded and unloaded the dishwasher.. real hard job but it seems I am the only one that can do that.... gave up on much else. No space in the garage yet to clean the basket and too sore of back. Same goes for the weeds and such.. no joy there. I have my things in order and thats going to have to do. Other people will have to look out for themselves if things go missing into bins soon.

 Every basket is woven differently per manufacturer or home build. THere have even been trash barrel baskets... yes.. like you put your trash in and wheel to the curb.

Zing!

A newer maker of balloons. Lots of them coming out of Arizona. THe design on this one I really liked after I saw it. It has six crosses dropping down the side.. three on one and the other sides. Pretty cool effect looking up. Wild colors.

There were more but these were the ones I had on my mind. Lets hope tonight is better for sleeping and the week goes quickly.

Facebook banner for the day was a shot I took through the side vents of my envelope of the throat and a friend taking a shot at me at the same time. It was a fun day of ballooning if I remember correctly. Must get that balloon clean.

From the outside you do not see the load tapes as they are wrapped but you can see them on the inside..black tapes. The throat is made of a less flammable fabric.. not that it wont burn ( wiped four panels out myself early on ) its just that they wont go as fast as the main fabric.

Shadows and lengths. A foot off the ground.."ground tracking" along the mesa.

Saw this last night when I couldn't sleep.. it goes for introverts too I think... big so you can read it.
