Following on yesterdays talk on the Fiesta. For a new Pilot there are lots of questions. Lots, many, assorted.
I gave you five points yesterday.. any questions? Ask me if I have my paperwork ready. Go ahead...

So you have your paperwork ready.. the online registration for Fiesta is great. It used to be tough and quirky but now its pretty sweet. Normally you can even download a printout of the checklist of what you have sent in as well as what you might need to bring with you or what you need to verify. Like I said.. One of the tables your going to visit is the FAA's table. Be ready.. don't hold up the line... Hahaha.... No cutting either!
Where to go from here.. hmm... Okay.. in the past the registration at Fiesta has been a little dicey... It was not very easy to figure out where you were supposed to go or where to go to next and then you could miss things altogether. Last year things got streamlined...and fun... well it was fun for me.. sometimes I think things are fun when some don't.
Continuing on.....
Before you register you have to watch the Pilot video... Its worth a double watch.. maybe three watches.
You could do that online last year or you could wait till you got here and do it before you registered. Also, if you live in the area you can go to the AAAA General Meeting in September where they show it.
The link... http://www.hotairballooning.org/ to the ...Albuquerque Aerostat Ascension Association.
An awesome group of people you will ever have to buy a beer for... We can go there later.
The video is full of need to know.. must know... better remember stuff. It will cover safety, safety and more safety messages. There is some majorly fun stuff in there. Once you have watched the video... and gotten here your going to have to go to the Registration Tent... normally called the Landing! Yay! The Landing. But we will get to that in a bit... maybe tomorrow with pictures if your nice.
Party City!
On the other side of the tracks....
oops.. too far off the tracks..
Ah.. yes... Always know your limitations!
