Not a day for staying on topic or following a list...
Yeah... list went out the window about 7:30am. It never got back on track but some of the items on it did get checked off. Too bad my mind couldn't sort at all and when asked about anything I had to pretty much ask what you were talking about to get a reference.. okay.. not everything but a few things caught me totally on the other side of the planet...
It was a nice day to stand outside ... sadly I only had a moment to do so while checking a lock and fixing the flag and spray painting some covers.
A bit of tree I massaged to pull the light out of without blowing out the sky. It did force it to way out at the edge but it did turn out pretty nice.
I kept thinking of trip shot.. and how people would either take three shots and put them together which in essence creates a panoramic picture or they take one picture and crop it and clip it to look like three pictures... ...BUT.... what I was thinking was how your eyes are stereoscopic and that if you had two or three slightly shifted shots and set them together then you could maybe get that simulated 3D like view....
I got a headache crossing my eyes.
But they are pretty so I will post them below.
Ill have to think about it more... Its a good idea but the parameters are probably incorrect. Hmmmm.
Plus if I can get off at any time before 5pm I can stop by the river and try with something a little more distant. Maybe with two shots only. The clouds rolling in today were also a problem as the light disappeared quickly. While I was working I could see in the tower cams how fast the clouds were going past ... or really the shadows on the ground whipping by. Not a fully clear sky but maybe I will get time to stay in a place and be ready when the clouds break. Its a bit of a walk from the parking area to the center of the bridge but I should be able to get there or maybe on the shore below... depends. Location, location, location..... time, time, time......
My facebook banner of the day was a good hard tweak on the light and then colors hard too then some editing to .. well... do what I did....
It was fun...
Massive 142 behind the volcanos and with a nice cloud bank in there.....
And the logo fit into the above picture....
