Hodge Podge.. no relation to....

Its funny how time goes by but stands still. Or seems to. Schrodinger's cat is always being talked about now because they bring it up on the big bang theory ad nauseam. But there ya go… that cat… is it fast or slowly dying or not.

I was stuck in traffic yesterday on the way home. It started out on I-25 N… it was backed up past Gibson so I got off and went down to Broadway. Guess what. They are tearing up a lane of Broadway too. So.. All Northbound avenues short of Central were tied up. I should have been mad about it but the only thing I was mad about was the miles per gallon sensor telling me I was getting less and less mileage due to standing there. While I was slowly moving I was calmed by looking out at the houses and businesses along the road. I saw many possible photographs..from old picket fences to garishly painted walls. Going to have to get down there around 430 sometime and start shooting everything. Also ( another oft used term of mine )… on the way back from the radar I decided to take Central from 9 mile hill back to the I-25 connection. There is a bunch of changes on that road outside and inside the city. Some good, some bad..so… I scratch my head.

Today pictures are a hodge podge of stuff. Some were very hard to do and I just gave up trying to get a fine paint. Some were easy and novel. I really have to just skip over some…

ColorFlutter.
Totally impossible to paint without a year. But still looks good.

Inside Flying.
Balloon store in Old town. All of these are in old town..but only a few.

Solar Fiesta.
This is a tough one. After its black and white its a bugger to find the halos. And the rays well.....

In Line.
I love all the little corridors.

Tourist E Trap.
The poor wooden Indian Carving is chained to the post. Sigh.

Color Breaks.
Changed the whole point of interest.

Shades of Green.
A mundane shot turned into one of my favs because of the reflected green.

Baaaaa Daaaaaa!

Woo nice. I always say.. if your going to build a building… consider the neighborhood.

I can see this. I don't spend 20% of my time in personal things on the net but I have to use it for most of my work. Even my personal computer and phone are used mainly for work at work.

As much as there are more important and immediate things that need looking into… harrumph… this needs to be changed.

One of my pet peeves.
