Pendings

Friday holidays! Too bad I am recovering from all the labor of yesterday as well as dehydration..again... Never fails. Even sucking down glass after glass of water I cant stay hydrated enough and start feeling bad. I can say that most everything I wanted to get done got done. I do have to make another dump run but that might be tomorrow or next week.

So it was a sloggy day today but am ready to try flying tomorrow. Every thing is ready except for cutting some cheese up to have as munchies after flying. Not going to be gourmet but something to cut the edge off the early morning.

We can can... do it!

I didn't feel up to posting and editing or editing and posting balloon pictures tonight if we are going to get some cool shots tomorrow. That would be redundant. If all the email and facebook stats are true tomorrow will be a meeting of a lot of fun people and their balloons. I hope we have such a mice calm morning that we can just float around each other..... that would be loads of fun.

Hunting around and fell into some black and white color touches... Its easy to go overboard with these. Its becomes easy to do but if you don't define your limits you can just get real stupid. I did with quite a few you won't see. Just a few loaded below.

Reflection

Only the neon and reflection in the glass and the glass reflection lighter but more direct than the main.

Amber Depths

 Very deep colors in and otherwise busy background.

Trips.

 A tough one to decide where to fade out the colorful glow. A hard choice.

 By the dusks light.

Another very difficult decision of where to end it. Too early and it would look like someone just painted a gap instead of how the light bends the boards outward with the brightness of this setting sun.

I loved the last one most because of its rugged and lost light.

I can sit here and hear it and consider that the loss of her voice would not be a loss but his would. He has a way of pronouncing and twangyness... She.. well.. I think there are a few that could be set down in her place. .. not that that's necessary but it crossed my mind while talking about that glow.

Taking shots of desolate and decaying places can bring you right down.. you can look at things that people built and then have discarded or be drivin away from which is left to fall into itself and resume its portion of the earth.... Old city or town centers.... old homesteads... always have that lost feeling.... Old cars.. not so much because usually they have been passed on until they can move anymore.. and have probably lived pretty wandered lives....

I love ( not ) ( sarcasm really ) how people post crap which attacks others and instead of just having a difference of opinion and leaving it at that must attack or deride that person. Its usually followed or preceded with the statement.. As open minded as I am I cannot believe how.... then onto whatever they disagree with or are probably projecting on that other person. Oh.. and you had better have facts and references if you post something.... because I will ask for that first or blow you off as a Looooser! Super soaping boxes. I usually remove or delete or ignore ( sadly ) junk from such "open minded" people. Inform yourselves.. That old saw about being quiet or removing doubt of your foolishness from peoples minds....hehhehe...
