I have many in ear head phones... I have one favorite.. Sonheisers... Or however you say it... these look as nice.. sounds is nothing without comfort.... who wants the have nails stuck in their ears with great sound... these look like it would be a good medium.

Hay... I ache!!

I expect to not ache!  I ache!  After getting home today I ran outside and braved the winds and cleared the back yard.... the area where it used to be grass before the draconian watering restrictions.... no.. really I understand and I hate cutting grass anyway. Now its cleared.. also the old bushes are cut down and the sapling that was growing from my neighbor's trees seeds has been removed to a very short stump ready for shredding. Yes there is a pile of branches, brush and detritus out in a pile... that's for the weekend run to the dump.... yes I said dump.. being the DUMP.. not the west side mesa!... Please.. its only a few more miles and cheap as all get out.... go there... quit trashing the desert.. the rabbits are getting pissed!  Oh... so.. well..

Hope you enjoyed a 10.5mm view of a few interesting things. As I am constantly digging around in the files and there is so much there to go through and get through and process.... well.... Its a grab here... snatch that....  So for a while I will be dropping a few at the end of my blog just to I can get them out.

Last shot is tree topping in Patturns In The Sky with Eric... both of us with cameras... but Pilots.. whos flying.....in the trees..... NO ONE!!! LOLOL...

Spent today with the Top Gunners Balloonists and Target 1 ( shots on my web site )... spent the afternoon pulling the large pond filter and cleaning it.. and also pulling water celery and mint from the pond waterfall ( PITA ). I couldn't get the fish to come out even with all the moving around so no fish got adopted out. Perhaps tomorrow. We shall see....

So this evening I spent bracketing the shots from the car show and the Balloon Museum held on Saturday. I am barely scratching the surface but here are a bunch that caught my eye.... so I processed them first.. and no... not all because I am nowhere near the end...   Enjoy

I did put two galleries in there of the Top Gun weekend.

The flying day ( today ) .. the sky was so bland that trying to tone map anything sucked bad.... 

I didn't even try past a few... I did crop them for width as that at least made them slightly interesting.

As I said the car show was nice... one thing to remember... do NOT wear yellow.. and my thighs hurt bad from all the squats and kneeling I did. The sky Saturday was awesome though. My favorite view.. down and dirty gives such a look to the shots.

This is a hatbox toilet.... yes.. a toilet!!!  The tank is behind and under the back of the unit. It has an electric flush with a little button on the side.... AWESOME!!!  Its super compact and super clean... lines that is... I promise I would clean it if someone will buy it for me!

I believe this one comes with a touch open and close... as in.. you touch it and its lid lifts automatically . I do know it drops by touch.. nice and slowly.. I think it might be scary if you have to wait for it to raise.... but who know.... LOL..  Again. buy it for me and I will keep it clean.

And last but not least.... Since there was a Top Gun scorers training course.. as Championships are on there way at the end of May..... I hung out with them as well as doing the car show... which I hope to have to show you tomorrow.... I hope... here are some shots from a Championship a few years ago... just a few... 

Top Gun... Run here.. run there... find the optimum spot to launch from that will get you to the targets that you need to get to... wow... too much ... maps... GPSs... calculations... then flying...... yeesh!!

Most of the balloonists decided that the side of the road was the place to jump off from... here are a few shots... more on my website soon.....so...launching from between a very busy road and a drainage ditch that was ten feet down... these guys are impressive... this was an amazing launch.

I dunno... I was going to do a set on half height shots.... take a shot.. cut it in half.. capture the sweet spot of the shot and tome map it... but I started listening to GrooveShark.com and got stuck on the nice Tina Dico song.. which led me to one of my favorites of her... Which you really should watch her as she sings this second song. Just do that... its impressive.  I really don't care much for a lot she sings but what I do like of her strikes a chord.

Teddybears Cobrastyle is a great driving song... ballooning song.. especially coming into a target.....I can sing this one in my head when coming across the Fiesta field after a target.... 

I remember that I had a certain song in my head coming into the  pole during the 2008 balloon fiesta... I was rocking it.. love the song.. love the movie.. yes its a kids movie... but Peter Gabriel is a great singer also...
