Suitably Subtle...

So... going through a bunch of pictures and tone mapping and bracketing and and and....well there are a bunch of shot I want to share... But today I thought it would be cool to look at black and white and subtle colors.

Archos... I have purchased so many MP3 players.. to mini computers to Mini tablets from these guys. THey were the first builders of hard drive based MP3 players that had no restrictions on the amount of music files that could be accessed. now they are into normal sized tablets.... My kids always get my hand me downs .. I believe all are working except the one that was destroyed by my son.

Top Guns Daze..

Today.. this morning... dang. before 7 am I was heading out to meet up with what I thought was the Hare for the Top Gun balloon competitors... Turns out he wasn't the Hare at all but that didn't stop me from getting a bunch of pictures of him as well as a couple of other balloons taking off in the area. I did hang two GoPro cameras from his burner frame on short stub clamps and the video is good but does not have the width of field view I like. I will fool around with it later and see if I can edit something interesting out of it. Here are some of the photographs today tone mapped.. since that is my thing right now...

Love the hat.. I need a hat like that... maybe with green pom pom ears or something.

Hard work of different sorts

I spent the whole morning outside cleaning up a massive pile of old balloon fabric my son has collected. I'm talking about six balloons worth of old stinky fabric. Now it is all packed in bags or stuffed in bins. On top of that are two seats out of his old blazer. I swept... had the wind blow it back in my face and swept again. Beside that I replaced a security light and put stuff away....This evening I sat like an old man in my chair with a blanket on.. Lots of pain reliever ... because of the mornings work and tone mapped my way through about seven or so files full of pictures and made two galleries on my website. Here are a few that I really like.

Cant get away from it!

Nope.. cant do it.. I am having fun with tome mapping pictures that were crummy.. Not the pictures... the pictures were okay.. but they were too dark or too meh to show anyone. Here are some more cause ... cause I can!!
